My name is Laura, and I offer therapy in London and online. I am a registered member of BACP.

Who I am

I am an integrative therapist. My approach is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in the belief that our experiences, relationships, and emotional histories shape the way we experience ourselves and others. I aim to provide a confidential and non-judgemental space where difficult thoughts and feelings can be explored with curiosity, depth, and compassion. Together, we may begin to understand recurring patterns, emotional struggles, and ways of coping that may no longer feel helpful, creating space for greater clarity, self-understanding, and change.
