My name is Laura, and I offer therapy in London and online. I am a registered member of BACP.

How I Work

I support adults experiencing anxiety and stress, relationship difficulties —often alongside low confidence, self-esteem or emotional struggles.

My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of your experience. I draw from relational, humanistic, and trauma-informed perspectives, adapting the work to your pace and needs.

Therapy is most effective when it feels safe. My priority is to build a grounded, trusting relationship where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
