Support with clarifying priorities and values during periods of change, including navigating the emotional and psychological challenges of cross-cultural living, and exploring themes of identity, belonging, and isolation.

Self-Worth & Confidence

Work is focused on reducing self-criticism and strengthening self-esteem, fostering a more confident sense of self.

Therapy Options

Single-Issue Therapy

Designed for a specific concern or life challenge. Work is goal-orientated, supporting practical change around a clearly defined issue.

Fixed-Term Therapy (8–12 Sessions)

Structured support over an agreed number of sessions. While still centred on a particular difficulty, it allows for deeper exploration of underlying patterns and personal context, supporting meaningful insight alongside change.

Open-Ended Therapy

A space for longer-term exploration suited to those wishing to explore recurring themes, relationships, identity, or long-standing difficulties, with the pace and direction evolving as the work unfolds.
